Policies
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Standard Shipping (Free on orders $75+): 5–10 business days Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (additional cost at checkout) All orders ship from our fulfillment center. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons and holidays.
Shipping Rates
Orders under $75: Flat rate shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders $75 and above: FREE standard shipping to all US addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use our Track Your Order page to monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional fees may apply). We do not ship to US territories or internationally at this time.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. PluggByS2N is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your address, contact us within 12 hours of ordering.
Lost or Stolen Packages
PluggByS2N is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier and file a claim. We will do our best to assist you.
